Shipping and Returns Policy

This Shipping and Returns Policy is incorporated into Yugoblok’s Terms of Service policy and guided by its provisions, including definitions. You must agree to this Policy upon placing an order in the Yugoblok online store (“Shop”).

Yugoblok contracts with outside vendors to offer products for sale in our online store. Our shipping, returns, and refunds policies are guided by these parties’ policies.

All orders placed on this Website are subject to product availability. Unless otherwise noted, all physical items purchased at Yugoblok.com (“Website”) are produced and shipped by a third-party carrier pursuant to a drop-shipment contract. Each product is custom-made on demand based on customer specifications provided at the time of purchase, including underlying product (e.g. t-shirt, mug), color, size, and design.

You will be charged for your order in the currency specified on the product page upon submitting or placing your order in our Shop. Upon placing your order you will receive an electronic confirmation at the email address provided during the checkout process. Your receipt of such an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or cancel your order for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if any portion of your order is declined or canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. 

Shipping

Physical products are shipped to the address provided during the checkout process; digital/virtual/downloadable products are provided at a post-payment webpage or via email to the email address provided during checkout.

Upon acceptance of your payment for physical products we will dispatch an order to a third-party, on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, who will then fulfill the order and ship the product to you. The typical production/fulfillment time is 3-7 days, after which the order is shipped.

Your order will be shipped and delivered by our vendors within the time frame specified in the shipping method offered as an option during the checkout process. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.

The actual shipping time depends on the location of the delivery address and method specified at checkout. Estimated typically delivery times are as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Any digressions from the fulfillment and shipping times are beyond our control; Yugoblok may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion upon your request for orders not delivered within 30 days from the delivery date specified at the time of purchase.

If you have not received your order within the time frame specified at checkout, first check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. If the address is correct, inquire at your local post office or delivery carrier. If they marked your shipment as delivered, finally check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, Contact us with your order number.

Wrong address. If you provide a mailing or delivery address that is considered ineligible, insufficient, or incorrect by the shipping carrier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturer’s facility that shipped the product. For customers in the USA, make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code using the USPS ZIP code lookup. You are liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated, correct address with you, if and as applicable.

Lost deliveries. For shipments lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our or our contracted vendor’s part are covered at our expense. We do not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding orders for deliveries marked by the carrier in the shipment’s tracking as delivered that you did not receive; we do not cover refunds due to carrier errors.

Unclaimed deliveries. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the product manufacturer’s facility. No refunds will be provided for unclaimed shipments. You are liable for the cost of a reshipment to you, if and as applicable.

Customs. An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, and it is your responsibility to check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchase(s) at Yugoblok.

Returns and Refunds

Yugoblok does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, with the sole exception of items that do not match the specifications provided at the time of purchase, e.g. misprinted, mislabeled, damaged, or defective items.

Any claims for items that do not match the specifications provided at the time of purchase must be submitted within 14 calendar days after the product has been received. If you notice such an issue on the products you received, submit a problem report on our Contact page, including a detailed description of the issue and photographs showing the issue (use an image hosting service like Imgur or Flickr or file storage like Dropbox or Google Drive). We will review the problem with our vendor(s) and advise on resolution, including but not limited to a replacement order, with shipping covered by us, or a refund.

Products sold and purchased at Yugoblok are made to order and customized to your specifications. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion for such personalized products. We do not accept returns or refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Yugoblok does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

All products sold at Yugoblok are offered in specified sizes you must select upon purchase and, where applicable, using a size guide likewise provided on the product page. You are responsible for selecting the correct size of the product you wish to purchase. Yugoblok does not offer size exchanges.

Other Provisions

We reserve the right to prohibit sales of products purchased at Yugoblok to dealers, re-sellers, or other corporations or institutions.
